ASCA provides the academic component of the
training required to successfully qualify as a chartered accountant. The academic experience is augmented by
supervised practical experience in an approved training office. This combination of academic instruction and
practical experience becomes the foundation for success in a career as a chartered accountant. ASCA will
grant exemption from certain ASCA modules for a number of equivalent university courses.
