Any person may apply to ASCA to be registered as a student of the CA Newfoundland, who
- resides in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador; and
- is recommended by a member of CA Newfoundland; and
- is of good moral character and habits; and
- is employed in an approved training office ; and
- produces proof to ASCA satisfactory to it that he or she either
- has a baccalaureate degree granted by a recognized university, or
- is eligible to register as a mature student. A person wishing to register as a mature student must:
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent;
- possess five years relevant work experience. Applicants may receive credit for up to two years experience
on the basis of attendance at a recognized postsecondary educational institution;
- be employed in an approved training office; and
- receive CA Newfoundland Board approval.
